DAY 1
Departure from Managua to La Garnacha Reserve in the municipality of San Nicolas in Estelí, an enclave of great natural attraction, dominated the fresh mountain air. Lunch at La Garnacha. We'll make a Agricultural Tour in which management will observe the organic agriculture, food processing and preparation of the famous Swiss cheese. Accommodation and dinner at La Garnacha. We do workshops on local crafts and making corn omelettes
DAY 2
Breakfast in the Grenache. We will do a walk and a cultural tour, where we visit the elaborate stone carvings, for years, Don Humberto. Return to the Grenache, lunch and return to Managua. All food services being tasted are made with organic products Garnacha.
