Esperanza Guevara  Silva, born in Solentiname, "when Solentiname was neither in the maps", is the general manager of the Association of Development Projects Solentiname and President of the cooperative multi-service craft and Solentiname. She manages there Hosting La Comunidad, along with their daughters Centeno sisters.
The project is most proud of is creating Solentiname High School. Esperanza is great conversationalist and friend, continues to build "place inch by inch
