Two heavenly islands located in the Nicaraguan Caribbean area

Corn Island and Little Corn Island are two heavenly islands located in the Nicaraguan Caribbean area. Rutas Escondidas suggest to visit both islands which are only one city with a big Caribbean charm.

They are two islands with virgin, quiet and Caribbean beaches. It is a perfect place for relaxing and resting. 

The nature of these beaches have swamps or “suampos” all covered by trees, also there are coral reefs. Their population is mostly native like creoles and miskitos, who speak a “smash English”.

Our recommendation there is to relax and rest ourselves. Also we could do some sport activities like diving or just go for a walk around the islands.
